Thought I'd post some

Magicman

Member
I thought I would post a couple pics. This is all from one park. I still have a lot of area to cover. I found this park was around in the 1800s and was renamed. I see a lot of evidence that they use a lot of fill dirt. The token I got today and it has 1803 Ohio State Fair, I thought it was a kids play coin. I found a merc also. Plus Wheaties, have a 44, no mint mark.

Majic Man that should be good hunting grounds !

Maybe some old silver...

Looks like a good spot there magicman love the token what metal is it made from ??.

I don't know what type metal. It is lite and has a tin sound. The edge is milled.

AS far a other detectors, I have been told and even received one of my permission slips, that these parts have been detected quite a bit. Seem there were a couple guys that hit it hot and heavy around this town, several years ago. Which explains in the parks I have hit, no silver, except today, but tons of clad. I will keep at it cause I know they didn't get everything.
