A beautiful coin off Edward the Confessor1042-66AD.a silver hammered penny ,the T2 is just great ,found the other day ,sold the coin and shared money with my buddie and an equal share to the farmer :cheers:
 
Great find! That does the T2 proud & proves it likes silver too....
They don't plant that kind in colchester! :rofl:
 
It really is beautiful. I imagine you had a hard time selling that, I would have. Was it one of those pieces that you had to sell?
