Time hasn't been kind to this KG III

Love going back to hunting former corn fields where brush and grasses have been cleared.... Can't get a date or "head type" off this toasty KGIII. Too bad father time and the soil wasn't as kind to it as the '10 wheatie found in the same area .Thanks for looking.

Nevertheless, a great old coin find!! I'm jealous of all the detectorist's that live in the older areas/States of the U.S. Here in Southern California, the chances of getting a really old coin like this is pretty rare.

Kschae4, I just read your bazaar find story, did you ever get the bridge back?

Looks good!

Thanks everyone.
Hey Kidd, nope ,never got the gold teeth/bridge back. . When I last contacted the Police Dept some four years ago, they said they were transferred to the NJ State Police Forensics Dept , which I think they said for retention in a cold case file or something...easy come ,easy go . I think I'll follow up in the Springtime...
