Tip for T2

I like threshold based motion all metal for sizing targets. Bottle caps start showing up outside of the coil, coins only react after they are between the outsides of the coil, except when using pinpoint mode. It detects coins quite a bit outside the limits of the coil. This was a problem for me when I first got the unit. Upon reading the manual, I discovered that I can hold the pinpoint lever and turn the knob to adjust the sensitivity of the pinpoint mode. Turning it down to about 12 shrunk the reach so much that, like motion based all metal, the coin doesn't sound off until it is under the coil, making it much easier to size. This helped quite a bit when using the Detech Arrow coil. If you find a target so deep it won't pinpoint, turn it back up by holding the lever and turning the knob the other way. I wish I could do that on my F75!
