today I went knocking doors again....my favorite way to get properties. Was driving thru town and saw a man working outside at an older home. I stopped and asked permission to search the yard, he granted me permission and away I went!

I got 14 wheats, earliest was 1916, 1920-D, rest was 1930-40's
2 silver Mercury dimes, and a 1906 indian, which is my 100th dug indian since I started detecting less than 3 yrs ago. First year I found 12 indians,
last year I found 57, and as of today I am at 31 for this year, for a total of 100. My goal this year is to beat last years total. I got a good start so far.

Nice pile of loot. That's a lot of Indian's for only 3 year's hunting. Have you ever had a property owner ask you to leave after you gained permission?
Good hunting, Gary

Good-looking haul. You've dug an impressive number of Injuns in the time you've been at it.
thanks
I try to only hunt homes that are 100+ yrs old, I am sure that is a big help!

Looks like a nice load to me!
