Some junk
Some pulltabs
3 memorial pennies

1 - Silver Rosie 1964 date @ 5"" depth
1-Mercury...........1935 Date @ 9" depth

9 - Wheat cents dated...........1939,40,49,57,45,47,50,52,41
All wheats were 8" and 9" in the ground..All good 82 to 89 readings on coins found today including the di
mes.

The t2 fast processor really found the coins in the trash..It always gave at least one or two good readings on initial swing..I then slowed down and isolated the good readings.. It also pinpointed very well even with junk in the reading on sweeps... Used stock 11" coil.......5" DD might be better, or it might not be better.
I also had discrimination set at 40 most of hunt but raised it to 50 last part..Still found coins and it seemed to go into over drive..Sens actually seemed to increase at 50 discrimination setting using 3 tones..HMMMMMMMMMM whats with that anyone know..... I am very pleased with the T2..It does all I ask and much more in coin hunting...It just nails the coins and the tone is loud and distinct......You can raise coil at least three inches after isolating target too It still reads loud and clear .If you go higher you get the high tone and sometimes loose the ID on screen...But so what Tone works to alert you if it was say a 12 or 13 inch coin..It may even ID at that depth...........My depth gauge is dead on 5 is 5" 7 is 7" so on and so on.. I like that..I have read some F75's depth is off a little...........any way...T2 performs very well, and better than most machines I have used....Deeper than most too.......

That one was mine and I got the boxes mixed up:rofl:... great hunt in the trash.... I told you that the T-2 was no slouch... I even sold my old trusty:cry: F-75 and will probably be getting me a T-2 :super:pretty soon.. See ya, RIchard

the t-2 does have a powere boost at around 50 disc. i've been digging a lot of clad and 89 is always a quarter on mine.

You know I would send this T2 in a heartbeat if you really wanted it................But................No..No buts..LOL
Your such a good guy to all of us..I'd just have to do it.................

82/83 not 89.. Typo, typo

Elton i think its like the F75 at 19 or above a higher gain kicks around 50 for the T2 in but that's off the top of my head .
So that's my disclaimer and im sticking to it . Mike

If I remember right it was around 4 or 6 on the F75. I don't know about the T2 but you can tell because the chatter will jump up when you hit it, at least on the low point on the disc. Does it become noiser at 50 on the T2? My F75 became a little noisier above 19 and a lot noiser at the low point where the "boost" kicks in.

I could be mixed up about this since I have not had the F75 in a while. I need to check it out on my T2 later, IIRC, when you hit the boost point, either low or high, it is sort of like running the F75 in jewelry mode, which I found to work much better with the coil near the ground and moving. The higher gain settings get quieter if you keep the coil near the ground and keep it swinging.
