I have learned that going over the same site and digging all repeatable signals will eventually pay off, as i found a 1814 half reale in the side yard of the home that I found the GW button and Large cents at. I have gone over the yard with the pro coil and got nothing but junk and 2 clad coins, but since I have switched to the 13" ultimate, I found an old pocket watch and now this small silver coin! I was using TTF and i had a 12-36 in the middle of some iron that repeated when i turned 90 degrees. It wasnt more than 2 inches down and i saw that nice roundness we all like to see in the dirt. If any of you guys are on the fence about the ultimate, i can say from experience it is a much better coil than the stock coil! The other tip I sort of discovered, is to shine a small, powerful flashlight on the coin from the side to be able to make shadows and see more of the details on worn-down coins. Without the light, you can see almost none of what you can see in this picture.
