trial hunt with my 6x8 coil at fairgrounds

New member
went to fairgrounds today for about hour and a half with 6x8 coil found more coins in that time than normally in 4 hours there because of the trash, that lil coil separates out stuff great, nothing too old and no silver, but I got a key, $1.01 in clad, 2 wheaties and 1940 nickel, I give the coil 2 thumbs up

Great job,Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop on how this coil is performing for you.

How stable was it?
How high were you able to run the sensitivity?

it was real stable. I put it in auto +3 and it was at 31, then I just tried it in manual 25 and it was real smooth

I really like mine, now I am wondering about 5 inch Sunray. To dam wet to hunt 7 inches of rain last 2 days,I will be hunting beach next week rain will probably follow me.

Sounds like a real nice coil to have in your arsenal, I will have to think about one soon. Congratulations Terry

Thanks for the update. Sounds like it's working real well for you in the trashy locations at the fairgrounds.
Did you notice any appreciable difference in depth compared to the 11" Pro? Thanks.
