Turned on the Bounty Hunter Quick Draw 2, and travelled back 238 years 😳

My brother went out for a quick hunt this morning and nailed a 1788 braided mane NJ copper. He said it was only 2” deep. He was hunting a colonial road deep in the woods. Just goes to show, there are great finds out there no matter the detector you use.

Thats great! Very sweet find for him! The sharpshooter 2 was one of my first "big boy" detectors, loved that machine and made some great finds. The ultra deep all metal mode always had me wishing I could have that with tones. This is what turned me on to Minelab. Lots of respect for the old bounty hunters, they're capable and deep! I am not surprised it was not very deep and meant to ask you earlier today how deep it was.
Some of my oldest coins have not been deep at all!

I agree Felix, some of my best and oldest “bucklisters” were 1” - 3” in depth.
