Unique find yesterday...

I managed to get a few silver dimes yesterday.
The last one I found was a little different however.
When I got the signal, I had a good idea it was going to be a silver coin.
I dug the plug and probed the hole until I saw what appeared to be a silver dime.
I pulled it out of the hole, but before wiping it off, I noticed the little loop on it.
I thought it was going to be a pendant which it turned out to be, but made out of a Mercury dime.
I guess I can still count it as a silver coin!!LOL
thanks for looking!!

That is a cool find. Silver is always good. Congratulations

That is cool , I have found silver rings made from dimes 1 mercury and 1 rosie on seperate occasions . Both were detached but all parts were in the holes. Strange. You're right silver is silver holed or not . Good job.
