Well, Monday eve. I went to the school yard near my house that I've been hunting. The ground is dry and hard and that evening I found a Wheat, an Indian Head penny and a 1902 Barber dime. I ended up nicking the IH trying to get it out of the hard pack. These finds were in my last post. Well this is strange...I went to the same school last eve. and guess what I found.
A Wheat, a 1901 IH, and a 1902 Barber dime. This time I hit the dime pretty hard:rage:
I don't think I'll go back until it rains.

Nice going GR.:clapping: Except for nicking your Barber. Been there done that myself as I'm sure many others have done the same thing. Let's see you find those three coins one more time. GL & HH.

Most of the coins are around 6 inches. that last IH and Barber were around 8. The ground is dry powder to around 4" then hard as rock after. Thanks.
