Can someone tell me how to upload a photo It is always to large to upload. How do I change the size of my file?

Make an account with photobucket. Upload the photo, resize using edit then download back to your computer. I make the size 450x800.

A different way is to use a free site like tinypic.com to host your pic at whatever size you choose and post via the url.

Another way is to email the pic to yourself. It will ask you if you want to resize. Typically large is below the maximum size limit.

or use some picture editing program like photoshop or there is a paint program in windows accessories that will do the job...
