USA Service Center

I sent an email to the USA service center concerning a part I need...Should I expect a reply or not?...I have heard it's not very good concerning e trac issues.
 
I called them last Saturday and left a message. I got a call from the early Monday Morning. Very fast response. The # I called was

I contacted minelab via their website on April 18th.. I got a reply on the 19th and a followup reply a couple of hours later. I was interested in sending in my Explorer II for a service check. Turn around time was quoted as 15 to 30 business days.

This was their initial reply to me in case some of the info may be useful to you.

Good morning, and what we would recommend is that you send it to our service center at 1418 Brook Drive, Downers Grove, IL 60515...include a letter stating the issue along with your name, address, and phone number. Once we receive your detector, we will give you a call to inform you that we have received the detector safely. If you do have any questions, please give me a call at 630-401-8159, the name is Lon.
