USB Device Not found

Hi guys, im having trouble simply getting out of the gate. My computer does not see or read the controller, What can I do? thanks

After step 10 when the remote is plugged in, are you clicking the “next” button to get the download dialog box to come up (step 11)?

I believe the USB not found came up when I updated but did not make a difference.

Can also make a difference on which browser you are using. Suggested browsers are chrome or edge.

Yep, gotta use a Mac or Google Chrome, those are the main ones, there are a couple others I’m not familiar with.

I don’t know why they just couldn’t set it up to work like the other updates. Not enough changes for me to be changing browsers around.
Even if you use a Mac most use native Safari which is not even supported

I was able to update my emote but can't update my wsa2 headphones

Yes, I was able to update both controller and WS6 headphones, it was the browser i was using: I used Google Chrome. thanks guys! now it is time to try it out.
