Used E-trac

Dirty_Coins

New member
I'm the guy that posted about what to check for when purchasing a used machine. Anyway, it arrived in perfect form this week. I set it to the stock coins program and dug just about every signal. I am sure there's a learning curve to some of the more advanced settings, but it took no time to get it up and running, very simple! Anyway, first hunt I found two silvers and two large cents. My best coin day to date. Can't wait to get out again tomorrow. Thanks again for the advice.

Great finds and good luck with your new machine ! :detecting:

Congratulations on the machine and the finds. Glad you got off to a good start. Thanks for the pictures.

Scoring silver on the first hunt..perfect way to break in the Etrac.

WTG!!!!! I got a 1910 (and a few others) just like yours..... being close to the border we get a few Canadian coins.

Thanks guys, and yes oneguy, these coins do tend to travel. Just found one of yours on the Canadian shores of lake Ontario.
