V3i Master Restore

I need information on how to do a master restore. When I turn my unit on the screen will blink, will not turn off until I remove the battery pack. When I reinsert the battery the unit comes on shows 4.5 volts and then slowly increases to 8or9 volts. Thanks, Bill

Found the problem. I had a weak cell in my battery pack. replaced all batteries and unit works correctly. HH Bill

And if you get some beeps in audio line look for batteries also, it can looks like EMI but sometimes isn't it.
