vanquish

Has anyone heard what the operating frequencies are?
They say multi which is good but that's all I can find.

After watching several YouTube Videos when the Vanquish was rolled out over the weekend,
I quickly came to the conclusion that most CTX 3030 users would find the Vanquish a mere child's toy! It
does not have the capabilities or sophistication of the CTX or the Equinox! Seems that Minelab was aiming for beginning detectorists!

That was clear from the beginning. From the dealer leaks, to the ML video, it was clearly being aimed at the intro-level market currently owned by Garrett.

It may be entry level but with multi-iq its probably going to be a nice little machine.
I really like the shaft, it's better in my opinion than the Equinox shaft from what I can see.

So that first ML video with the seasoned detectorist throwing down his machine did so because his forest was cleaned out of good targets by kids with Vanquishes.

No, if you pay attention to that video, the detectorist is wearing Garrett colors, and the detector hes using is Garrett Ace series. IIRC he was also using a garrett digger. Lots of clues about what the detector was going to be "replacing" in the market.
