Double Vision on a token that is. Found one a few days ago and found its twin today. 1 wheat,some type of metal and the smallest silver spoon ever. Its a perty little thing, Mercs just for size comparision.

Had to look up what gleaning meant. Not sure if you meant "cleaning" but gleaning fits in a way.As there is not much time b4 these items would be rotting for another winter.

3 hours today, but was not hitting it very hard. Being more picky on my digs. It was relaxing. Found 2 pennies,a wheat and a memorial, no other coins.:rofl:

Me and a friend are going to hit the woods around this area tomorrow. Hoping to find a old foundation or two.

I meant "gleaning," which is what we do as detectorists.

I love that spoon. I find a piece of cutlery every so often. Never silver, though, and certainly not as interesting as the ones you find.
