Very cool to find. Some of these are over a 1/2 Ounce. XP Deus getting it done.

These pieces are a mix of gold and silver. Very crudely done in ancient times. Yes they would be from a workshop that was making coins and jewelry. We think that it burned down because all of it was found in about a 50 X 80ft area. When we would dig down to recover the gold we would find it in a blackened level of soil. They would not have left these on purpose because they were very valuable and materials hard to come by. That's part of the fire theory.
