after hunting a park sun. three wheaties,a button, and a bird band. Then monday afternoon i hunted another park i've been to numerous times and found five wheat pennies two junk rings a button and this silver thing. It's broken off at the thin end. All the coins but one were over8" deep. Have a little more confidence in the ET now. I know i was over these finds at least three times with my EPII , the id # on the ET were not on but the sound is what got me dig. So now i've got a little better handle on what the ET is telling me. Still digging a lot of junk in the pull tab and foil range hoping for gold

Interesting silver thing. I googled CSNS and the first hit was for the Central States Numismatic Society, the largest regional coin collecting club in the United States, founded in 1939. Thanks for sharing your finds with us. HH.

Thank's for looking. I showed the silver thing to my daughter and she thought it might be a lady's hat or hair pin.
