Washington Street from South of Bob Michael bridge to the old River Station restaurant is under construction and is stripped to the ground. I hunted it Sunday without much luck but you can see the layers of decades in front of the old warehouse buildings. This is very cool looking. I would say that the street level is down 5 feet or more below the sidewalks. Might be a good place for some of you experts. I hunted about 5 city blocks and only came up with some old scraps of metal. There is no activity on weekends and sometimes none through the week from what I can see. If nothing else its worth a look see. Good Luck.

I think too much dirt was removed and the good targets went with it. Now if we knew where the dirt went........

Dirty fingers? Where is the dirt, wish I knew.
