:yikes: er, HIGH WATER! i had to drive through some last Tuesday...it was nice to get out on my weekly jaunt, and i wasn't about to turn around.

landed a 1909 Barber Dime & a 1917 Merc, plus a couple crusty Indian Head Cents for my trouble. did i mention i like my new 10x12 SEF coil?

wow how deep was the water? did you use a four wheeler too get through the water? awesome silver sangamon and great pics as well.

Hey Ean dont give away too much info on your spot or you will have more people to hunt with than you can shake a stick at. You know down along the bridge that crosses the creek is where the old ball dimond was. In front of the toilet is a huge tree.... i picked up 3 or 4 V nickels there. Keep bringing in the goodies. Glad you found a spot worth hitting.
