Weekend silver finds

this weekend was my anniversary, so I did not get any detecting done. My wife and I drove south to London Ohio and stayed at a bed and breakfast there. We spotted a couple garage sales on the way down and I found a sterling spoon for 50 cents and a sterling ring for a quarter! Can't beat that! just a tad under half oz of sterling for 75 cents, not bad!

Today we woke up had breakfast and went to somewhere we have always wanted to visit but just never made time to go, the Piatt Castles, wow thos places are simply amazing. How many of you would like the chance to detect here!!!!

Terry, awesome pics. What a place and some great finds. I'm beginning to think you could sit in your living room and somehow you would find silver. LOL.
