Weekend Trifecta

New member
Finally had some decent weather this past weekend to get out in and play. I was fortunate enough to get out on Friday. I was also fortunate enough to get a little silver and some wheaties. The first silver, the '53 Rosie, was found within fifteen minutes and then a couple of wheaties. Within twenty minutes I found the next two Mercs ('23S and '44). The next day I went out with my son and we both had some luck. I ended up finding the '10 Barber to complete my weekend trifecta. Neil found a couple of nice Indians (1890, 1900). He also found some wheaties and what appears to be a pretty old button. We also found plenty of trash along with the usual clad. Can't think of a better way to spend a nice weekend!

WOW! Great finds guys. I tell you what, it's priceless to be able to hunt with father and son and then with the bonuses of finding old coins........You can't beat it. Nothing better what so ever. Excellent finds and pictures too!!!!! You two are kicking our butts. And yes, that makes me smile. HH, Nancy
