Better than the skunking I got the day before. Cold and windy but managed some keepers. I apologize for the poor picture quality. Think I need a camera with manual focus. My take was: 1905 Barber dime , 3 injuns( 1 - 1878 the other I couldn't read due to green crud) , 5 wheats, ..misc clad not shown. But I think the other stuff was real cool. Thought they were marbles at first, but I think they are minnie balls. Kind of heavy to and read like penny /dime (lead) Also found a token that has the number '5' and says miller. Any ideas what that is?? the other items look like a sort of buckle something that would lock a strap in a certain position:shrug: Sorry about the photo quality again folks. Good job bud.. a lot better than i did today!!! I fought the cold wind and only ended up with 3 wheats and a 24 merc!!!! It's always a good day when you find a barber!!!! I have no clue on your other items!!!! i really cant see because the pic is blury.. Check all the setting on your camera,... It may have a close up mode??? Again good finds!!!

Neat finds, especially the Barber dime and Indian Head cents. The token is also cool. My guess is that it was from 1890s-1920 period. Might want to check your local historical societies for any establishments run by "Miller". The rectangular piece with the two slots looks like a part of a harmonica reed. Not sure what the two oblong lead-like pieces are - possibly fishing sinkers or weights tied to nets to hold them in the water? I can't comment on the other stuff - too blurry to see. Hope the snow that's coming melts fast and is the last of the season. HH
 
I didn't know you were in theropy, Me tooooo....Do you live anywhere near Plattsburgh,NY ? If so we can go together and get a cheeper rate....:devil:

Aren't we ALL in therapy?! Who but an insane person would spend hours walkig back and forth in the same area without looking up?
I'm self employed - which means I probably work more hours than most. This hobby is not only therapy; it's the way I relax (and think).
The lead items seem to be distorted by the photo - I'm guessing they're round. I think you'll find that they are round shot ("musket balls")
approx .44 caliber (judging against the token).
