Went hunting yesterday with son and g-son....

We had 6 inches of snow when we got up... I ask son, do you think it is worth going out? He said the experience alone for Clay is worth going out for.
We didn't have any luck , but as any hunter will tell you, any day in the woods is a good day.

gonna be way after dark before I find and gut him... tractor probably won't start.If I come back in the morning, I will have all day to hunt and mess with draging one out. I have a cold beer and a cigar in the truck, might as well take my time driving home. You are right, some times it just getting out that counts.
