Well kind of disappointed because my xterra did not get here. Spoke with the post office and they said it will be here tomorrow. It was beautiful t-shirt weather this afternoon so I took the X-3 and went back to my brother's lot. I did not find any silver but I did get 3 wheaties a 1941, 1940, and I believe a 1926. It is so green that I could not make out the date very well. I know there has got to be some silver on the lot somewhere so I am going to keep working it until I find some. There is so much melted metal from the fire on the lot it is a little frustrating. Right before I left, I cranked the disc. up to 9 and my last find was two of the wheaties in one hole. I got a real whispery (is that a word?) signal and knew they were deep. I dug a deep plug about 7 inches and they were still there so I put my pinpointer down in the hole and they were under about a 1/2" of soil. I was really happy because I didn't want to go home with just one wheatie when I know there is better stuff out there. I'm going to hit it again this weekend if the good weather holds up. It's supposed to be in the upper 50's but there's a chance of rain.
