Yes i know some , for example in relic mode its open screen but i mean , would i find more relics than coins? Can i use relic mode for coins?

It’s all about discrimanation / Metal content / pick and choose what you want to accept or reject.
When I go to a new spot I use a program simaler to the relic mode just to see what’s there . If I find I need to elemenate some unwanted junk then go to a coin program.
If you can tell the difference between good and bad targets by the sound and all that noise doesn’t bother you than the more open the program the better in my opinion.

To add to Bens info, the different Modes are simply combinations of all of the other settings and disc amounts. They are basically “5 different ways to set up” to get you in the ballpark to find different things if you don’t want to program “modes” yourself. For instance, there’s nothing about the Beach Mode that can’t be tweaked to be exactly like the Coins Mode,it’s just making changes to settings.
