Well it isn't much. The machine will prove itself to you eventually. I'll have to call it amazing really. There have been many many detectors over some of the lots that I hunt and while they are hunting the lot say 1 acre I barely get out of a 500 square foot spot and will be still finding coins that other minelabs can't get for the trash. If I find a coin there has to be more and there always is in my experience. Slooooowwwww is the way to go. The E Trac like I said will prove itself to you if you give it the time to work it's magic on the ground and trash. Plus you don't have to run around like you are putting out a fire with a broom. Let it work "for" you. It will become painfully obvious if you do how much other machines miss by all the digging you will be doing. I've got a couple of spots that are no bigger than a two car garage that have been pounded but yet they still produce for me.greedykind said:Jack just how much area do you cover in lets say a 4 hour period?
