Wow, thylacine, don't over think this. I have seen those little buggers in small cheese assortment baskets and yeah, they make lousy cheese knives. They are to small to be good for much of anything and are normally Pakistani stainless and unmarked. That is not a coffin handle and I would hope a custom maker would deliver a better grind geometry.

Done a little wood carving and that's not a carving tool. Too many hours in a dojo with edged weapons to ever think it's weapon.
I used to be a professional custom knifemaker for a living. Made

everything from drop point three finger skinners to big whopping camp knives. Semi kukris to tantos. O1, ATS 34, D2, damascus and a little 440C.
