What's your favorite beach coil?

Sold my Sovereign with a Sun Ray S12 coil awhile back. That was a big mistake. I've got another Sovereign now but I need a good coil in the 12" - 13" size. What's a good coil now, seeing as how the S12's are really hard to find now.
Thanks
Tom

I just picked up a GT with a Sunray 12 inch coil. I have not received it yet so I have no idea on the condition, but I will be selling it when it arrives. PM me if you are interested. I should receive the detector and coil sometime this week. I will go with the 13 inch ultimate myself. I love the coverage and weight. I'm talking wet sand hunting. For the water I have the Excal.

Best coil for out of the water ULT 13, Much Hotter then the 12 inch Sunray...

I never had a problem with mine in the water. .... just had to turn it down. But when I did...... I found the standard was about as good.

Mine works fine in water to calf deep, then gets very touchy. But it tolerates submersion and is thus waterproof by my standard.

It is a killer coil on wet sand in pinpoint!
