Wheats, ?

Got to be a simple answer. Got a buddy has about 8 to 10 lbs of Wheat cents. Says he's going to sell them , when ever. So here's my question, how do they make sure their all Wheats ? Certainly they don't sort through them one by one. So how can they be sure their all Wheats?
