It has been quite awhile since I posted on this site but visit quite often. I am planning a long coming vacation with the single purpose of detecting till my arm falls off. I have some ghost town sites picked out along the way there and back but my question is about the 'there'. There being the so cal beaches from Dana point to San Diego. Being a land locked Colorado boy I don't get to a beach very often.
So I am not wasting a lot of time , which beaches would you salt hunters recommend? Timing march 15 to 22.
