I know what your feeling Pilot. I received my e-trac a few weeks ago. So far Ive hunted an old dirt road that dead ends into a torn down bridge used in the early 1900s, around a 150yr old cemetery next to that road (with permission), a school closed in the 60s, dried lake, 3 parks (one dating over 1890s) and briefly around a Victorian house that is about to be moved. And so far Ive only found 2 wheats (1919 and 1957) and a 1974 nickel. This is my 2nd detector so its not new to me. And like you, Ive watched the youtube videos and read the forums posts with all the great storys of finds. Ive read andys book, studied all the patterns and learned the sounds with no prevail. Needless to say i think discouragement has set in.
