I want a back up for relic hunting and the choices are Fisher f4 or garrett ace 400. Its for a backup or if someone goes with me. Which is better (deeper) for relic hunting?

That is not what i am asking for, but a T2 se.

Its only for the 2 detectors listed in the orignal question. If someone has used one or both of the detectors listed, i would like to hear from you.

If you're having good success with the t2 why not back it up with another t2. I went thru the same thing a while back. Bought 3 or 4 different detectors to back up my t2 only to find out what I really needed was another t2 as back up.
