I have been wanting a machine I can use in the water. The MX Sport was my choice over other brands, and yes I was fully aware of the problems with this machine. So I waited to purchase one until mid July, well it happed to be an early model. So I called Whites customer service and talked with them about the machine. Quit frankly I was surprised at how quickly and easy the transaction was, I am very pleased with all aspects of the problem resolution. So if you do have a problem with a Whites machine call Whites customer service, they will and do make it right.
