Will v rated coils work on a MXT E-tracker?

Thinking about dusting of my MXT. Haven't had it out for a couple of years. Been thinking about getting a new coil for it. Mainly used the 6x10 DD on it. Was wondering if the V-rated coils would work. Thinking about getting a 10- D2. Thanks HH Ken

Yep, they will work just fine.

I've been using the sef 10x12 v rated and it is great. Punched through high iron and trash for a wheat penny 10"'. my coil is white in color.

The white aftermarket SEF coil was made specifically for the V3i, VX3,V3 series detectors although it might work OK, the black SEF coil is tuned better for the MXT family. The White's Detectors coils on the other hand that have the "V" in the serial number works equally well on the V series as well as the MXT/M6/DFX.
