Wow Eurotek Pro

Wow-really........Visual Iron indicator icon even when iron is discriminated, separate 'digital' volume iron control, extremely fast, high end depth, 1-99 target ID, Teknetics 1-39 expanded iron range 7.8 frequency, 3 tones with one being VCO tone, pinpoint gives depth in inches and cm, 5 year warranty made in USA sounds like at least a high to mid-range priced unit....... what? Only $219!!!!! With DD coil only $299!!!

Shipping domestically next week but most are already on their way to Europe because Euro Tek customers helped design and pre ordered first after extensive field testing.
All other orders will ship first of May.

Hope this helps!

This machine with the stock 8" coil is a definite performer. Very light, well balanced, not front heavy like many other machines and extremely easy to swing all day long.

Do it have a ground balance?

Fixed ground balance

Does this machine allow notching? Can you block out certain numbers for instance keep 48 to 50 and notch out 51 to 53 and then notch in all the numbers above like making a ring program. Does anyone have user manual that we could read.

Notching is not available. Discrimination from 0 to 79 only. The online manual should be out soon.

Is there any field tests reviews on this machine? What would the depth be on a dime? It would be nice if there was more videos out on it,

Russ has video up with a small hunt with it. Don't believe the 12" wheat. It was likely 5-6" as pinpointed and fell in after he lost it and dug deeper. Anyone familar with greek line will be very familar with this detector. Max depth on dime in ground is likely 6-8" depending on coil...just like every detector in the greek series.

It's a tremendous value option taking the all metal out of the delta. VDI only with granular disc 1-79 being the other main difference. Which is ment to appeal more to Europe since their coin notches are different than US anyway. Mid range performance at a entry price. Should put the heat on their Fisher line to improve the F2. It also has an iron visual indication disc'ed out or not. Which is very cool.

Looks interesting I would get one. Are they available yet. Mr Scott. Put one on the contest form. That should generate interest from users of all different manufactures machines. IMHO. All teknetics// fisher units are great performers. HH. CT t

Just curious as to what we can compar this too. Now....I have detected with you Mike...in Biddeford Maine with Hank Phillips when I was testing the first gen Gold Bug Pro's....so I trust your opinion.

Nice finds there in China by the way..loved the gold.

Anyway, what could we compare the depth to. Not expecting a 300 dollar machine to compete with an E-trac but...are we saying similar to an F-70 or Omega...or an F-5, f-4...Tek Delta.....or ?

Not asking for guarantees by any means...if it was similar to a G2 then fine...and the G2 and GB Pro are no depth demons but...work well in trash and so have their place.

Scott

Manual indicates 9.5" on coin size targets.

if that is simply air depth that is not high end depth at all. This is why I ask..
Mike stated High end depth.....9.5" air test is not even close to that statement.
If it was average in ground results then that would be decent....but air tests.....no way. I am NOT saying it should be able to detect at a specific depth. But the claim was High end Depth...and that would have to atleast be f-70 ability and even then the F-70 is not High end.
I get the whole marketing thing and that is fine....but....people see High end Depth and that implies..well...High End Depth...which also imples depth close to High end Machines...and 9.5" air is not even close.
Again....never expected high end depth from a 300 buck machine but..the claim was made so I think it should be explained as to what that EXACTLY means.

It may be aimed at the entry level market and it does seem a reasonable price but its got a horrible 'S' shape shaft which in my mind is a step backwards,i would have thought they would have either bought out a new top flight detector to replace theT2ltd which is getting a bit out dated or revamped it.

Dont get me wrong i am not knocking the T2 as its my main machine but when other makers are bring out new high end machines i think Teknetics need to keep up with them, this is of course just my personal opinion.

It's the same platform as the greek line so I would assume depth is comparable. It definitely appears that way in the hunt video. Max dime in ground 6-8", max quarter in ground 8-10". Depending on conditions and coil.
