First at 2 inches a 1848 seated half dime and hour later 1864 2 cent cant believe it. i never thought i would find either what a great begining 2 the year. again sorry no pics i cant make them small to fit sorry i will try i want to show these I'm so happy unreal.Just had to tell you guys and girls happy hunting

YES VERY NICE THE DIME HAS A BEND BUT I CAN RAPAIR IT WITH NO HARM. I HAVE NEVER FOUND SUCH A GREAT COIN EVER IT. WAS IN A FEILD THAT HAD A HOUSE FROM THE 1700/1800S AND I HAVE MAYBE 4 MORE SITES TO HIT. I WILL BE OUT ALL DAY TOMORROW I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED BUT THATS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME FOR ME I WISH I COULD GET PICS ON HERE I RELLY WANT TO SHOW THEM

the feilds are very big so there is alot to be found . i have found many buttons now i would love a bust coin i will keep up the updates

Found this beutiful 2 carat diamond ring in platinum/gold...
Was in a small playgorund in South Jersey where Igrew up. Vsiting my Sister...

Got a call from my Sister who heard from a neighbor down the street that her Daughter was the loser of the ring. Called our old neighbor up and sure nuff the description was spot on... My elation of finding real money was short lived as I told her that if her daughter would come home and I would drive back over to New Jersey (live in PA) I would surprise her with the ring. I got a date and time and a promise not to let her know anything till I gave it to her...

It was a tear jerker as she turned scarlet red and began to sob in her mothers arms as I handed it to her. We used to play together a long long time ago. We played war a lot (Ihad 5 brothers) and of course the grils were always the nurses who could fix you if you got masacared in an ambush. After the initial crying we all sat down over coffee and German Strudel (her mother is German) and talked about those days so long ago. Kinda caught up on things. Her mother shoved an envelope at me as I was leaving. I tried but could not refuse loud or long enough. A thank you note, and a crisp $100.00 bill. Covered my expenses and then some.

Giving back this ring was a real blessing. She had not had the heart to tell her husband of 35 years of it's loss. She had swung her grandaughter and didn't notice it was gone tell well later. She had no idea where it had come off at. Lucky my sister shared my find story with her mom. I kinda really feel good as I learned about a lot of our freinds and where and what after having left home in the late 60's.

So there you go. Thanks for letting me tag this on the end of you post Croaker..
