WOW! VERY impressed with First Texas (Fisher) Service!

The complete turn around for my F11 was exactly 8 days! I think that's pretty damn good. They replaced the membrane for the power switch, gave me new mounting screws, coil hardware and a velcro strap as well as put a screen protector on the unit. Felix called me last Wed. to say they had received it, fixed it and were sending it back FedEx with a tracking #. I'm glad it was able to be fixed under warranty. I love this little machine! It's found me some nice goodies and really has impressed me with it's performance. Just thought you Fisher guys might want to know that there should be no worries sending in a faulty unit should it happen to you. :) HH, George
 
I have never had to send in a detector. If I ever have a question I get a answer right away. I needed a battery cover once. I had it in 3 days.
 
I took my Omega 8000 up to Mn several summers ago and while hunting the beach in knee deep water the coil sprung a leak. This was on a Sun just after getting checked into the resort on Sat. Called F T first thing Mon morning and while the service rep and self both suspected it was the coil, they wanted the detector as well to make sure and check the whole unit over. I explained that I was going to be up there two weeks and would like to get the detector back in time to do some hunting. I sent it back Brown truck next day delivery on Mon and I got it back delivered to the resort on Fri afternoon with a new coil and the pin point membrane replaced.......at no charge. Tough to beat that kind of service. HH jim tn
 
Sent my old F75 (camo version) to them when it died and they replaced everything. Like getting a brand new one. It wasn't even under warranty and it only cost me shipping. Can't beat that kind of service!
