The complete turn around for my F11 was exactly 8 days! I think that's pretty damn good. They replaced the membrane for the power switch, gave me new mounting screws, coil hardware and a velcro strap as well as put a screen protector on the unit. Felix called me last Wed. to say they had received it, fixed it and were sending it back FedEx with a tracking #. I'm glad it was able to be fixed under warranty. I love this little machine! It's found me some nice goodies and really has impressed me with it's performance. Just thought you Fisher guys might want to know that there should be no worries sending in a faulty unit should it happen to you.
