WTB sand scoop!!

Really looking at getting a STAVR scoop..but lets see what you all have.

I have one that is built like a tank...Solid Aluminum, and professionally made. The bucket is NOT painted...It was chemically hot anodized....Asking $90 shipped in USA.
Holes look big, but a dime will not pass through. Has only been used about 3 times in fresh water...Great in gravel bottoms!!

HH,

Holes are 7/16th" diam...Handle is 36" long, bucket is 5" wide and 10" deep. Total length is 41 inches...weighs less than 5 pounds (my bathroom scales registers at 5 pounds, and this stays at 0...feels about 3 pounds)
tubing and bucket are 1/8th" thick aluminum
Your not going to ruin this thing by kicking it into the gravel.
Put one of them foam noodles around the handle and it should stay upright and boyant.

HH,

Looks great but i need a handle a bit longer..im 6 3 and i just mesured where the 41 inches would fall..to short

Check out the Sun-Spot scoop. Don Dotson at North Georgia Relics has the Sun-Spot and is great to deal with. I have one and it is very tough. Clay and rocks are no problem and is even better in the sand. HH :minelab:
