Maybe some spray foam insulation in either ear might help relieve that echo, I suspect, that you might be getting while using your UR30s...

I am new to the Xterra. But I have been using the Rapoo 3070 wireless that are about $40. They work fine and are lightweight but do not completely cover the ear.
