XP DEUS Charging

I have read the manual and searched online. How do I know when the coil and MI6 pinpointer are fully charged? The controller and headset show full battery symbols but the coil and pinpointer only have blinking lights. I know, 3 hours but what if I don't want or have to wait 3 hours........

See page 32 of V3 manual or page 30 of V4 manual for the coil charging but basically when connected correctly the LED does not revert to flashing until the coil is fully charged.

Amazing. How did I miss it. Thank you very much and I see as always with metal detecting I must slow down.

I had trouble charging the coil to a full charge, i took off the skid plate, put a pencil under the one side so the clip doesn't hit the surface and slide the clip on until the light on the coil is on steady, this is the only way my coil will charge to a full charge. I have done this now for about five time and it seems to work every time.

The manual says it good for the charge to be topped off and not wait until it's fully discharged.
