XP Deus

Coming to Peoria in February. I am keen to pick up a used XP Deus if anyone wants to sell. I also have an AT Pro if someone wants to negotiate a trade (8.5x11, 5x8 coils).

I hope you find one, if you hunt in a lot of trash, they do pretty darned good.

The xp deus is awesome in trash and with depth. I continue to pull stuff out at depths between 10 to 12 inches and that would be dime size. Ground needs moisture to hit those depths. Very customizable for each sight condition. Pulled these out today the key fob was down 10 inches. Great detector overall and no wires, a plus when hunting wooded areas. Went out to a soybean field today and found a Delavan Hotel Key Fob from Cedar Rapids Iowa, 1894 and 1904 Indian Cent, a beautiful flat button, a civil war button???, and a 1857 half dime

Very nice finds! We thought the ground was too frozen but I guess we were wrong. Thanks for sharing and HH, Nancy

The ground was soft frozen about 4 inch down. It was not easy but could be dug. I was was cherry picking the high tones closer to the surface. The wooded areas were a lot softer and easier to dig. Looking forward to a warm week, but muddy. Matthew

Muddy is right. Hope you can get out again when it's a bit warmer. HH, Nancy

Well........... Happy New Year to you Matt.... Very impressing way to start off the year, very nice.
