HELLO , YESTERDAY USED FOR THE SECOND TIME MY CTX 3030 , WHEN I WAS DETECTING AND FOUND A TARGET ON THE SCREEN A LOT OF THOSE YELLOW DOTS APPEARD ALL OVER, WHEN I PIN POINT THERES WAS A CLEAR SIGNAL, BUT MY QUESTION IS ALL OF THOSE YELLOOW SPOTS WHAT ARE THEY?

................[ they can be ] trash items / trash particles / inconsistent signal makers...an example [ might be ] a rusted beer bottle top ( crowncap ) NOT a screwcap???
 
Pinpointing is showing you the targets in all metal. so if it's a piece of iron, it will be a single, solid target. If you are hunting in target trace mode, iron falses often give a "shotgun" pattern on the screen (looks like a random spread of dots) around the target. Good targets are clean hits.
