yellowed white tesoro coil remedy

I have a Tesoro coil that had turned an ugly yellow color. I tried a light sanding which did not good. I was watching youtube where a person put yellowed plastic in hydrogen peroxide, then put in the sun and the yellow turned white again. They were soaking the piece in the liquid. I didn't want to soak it in the solution, being afraid it might have a leak. Another video showed a person using hydrogen peroxide gel for the purpose. I ordered Marianna Super Star cream peroxide developer v40, applied it to the coil with a brush trying unsuccessfully to keep it off the decal, covered it with Saran Wrap to keep it moist, and left it in the sun for a few hours. The results were amazing. It is pure white again and it didn;t damage the decal at all. It and the coil cover look almost new. If you have a yellow coil that should be white, I highly recommend this procedure.

Its hair developer for dying hair. Works very well on any yellowed plastic. Only probably I found was its starts to yellow again over time.
I tried it on an old 'princess' phone.
