This site in Southwestern New Hampshire overlooking Mt.Monadnock just needed my attention, and thanks to the gracious owners, they let me detect it today! My first signal was a 12/46 at about 7'' and up came this 1827 Matron Head Large Cent.Kinda cruddy but still a keeper. My next keeper was this nice colonial or early 1800's shoebuckle. The guts were inside it but all bent up and fell out of the frame when I removed it from the hole.Got a few big old buttons after that and then a few more small buckles.I found a nice little set of cufflinks with the numbers 83 hand carved on them.My last keeper was this nice early copper or brass mens wedding band.Great day with great views!
Awesome finds!! Keep posting the stories and the pictures!!
