Will the Wirefree Headphone PRO work with the ORX?

The answer is Yes.
The WS Puck fits and works.

I could not find any information on the internet to clarify if this would work.
So I took a leap of faith and ordered a headset to test it myself.
Then I thought it might help others wondering about the same issue.
So here it is,
So far I am enjoying the ORX.

Is that the Deteknix headpones? Could you go into more detail on what you had to do to make them work? I love my ORX but the headphones are really uncomfortable.

The Brand Name on the box is "Quest" and only advertised for the Deus-WS4. That was my question. Could they also work on the SW AUDIO for the ORX?
You remove the Puck on your ORX head phones.
Snap the puck on the Quest headphones.
Turn on your Detector and Puck like you normally would.

Just that easy

These headphones work great with the ORX. Really enjoying them.

Quest, formally Deteknix. Just to clear up the confusion, Quest has two products (maybe more). One has a Bluetooth adapter that
operates 2.4 and Bluetooth which sells for about $155 and another that is made for the Deus Ws4 that sells for $99. I haven't posted
in quite awhile and don't remember it naming vendors is permissible, but you can google them. The picture posted here is somewhat
misleading, at least for me. The headphones posted definitely for ws4 The box seems to be advertising The one with the bluetooth adapter.

Hi,
I hope I am not confusing anyone.
I have the ORX and purchased the Quest from an online dealer - They advertised the Quest head phones for for the Deus Ws4 for $ 99.00.
Hard to find information if these will work with the ORX. I am reporting they work with the ORX.

I'm aware that the headset in the photo will work with the $99 headset. I don't believe the ones that come in the box
depicted that clearly state 2.4/Bluetooth for $155 will work. I don't know where the picture came from, just saying
it is misleading. No offence intended.

The ones in this box work perfect for the ORX!!!

Good observation. The headphones came with no electronics. Just a place to plug in the puck.

XP detectors will not sink to the Wirefree Pro Headphones. Quest makes detectors and they make the Wirefree Pro or Wirefree Lite heaphones to work with their detectors. They also sell two different types of transmitters that connect to different detectors, the Wire Free Mate WRX or the WTX. The Wirefree Pro will not work with a Deus or the ORX alone and will need the Wire free Mate to transmit to the Wirefree Pro. Quest DOES make headphones for the DEUS or the ORX and the puck will fit in them. These headphones are capped 'Quest HD Compatable Wireless Headphones for XP Deus WS4 module'. Do a search and check out their products. Then, I will think it will be cleared up.
