I cannot speak for the deus2 in the above video, but on the manticore if you want to avoid the iron, only dig what is in the center line. That unfortunately will also get you aluminum and lead...

    When I was younger, I rode, I preferred dirt, later, I got into 3 wheel ATV's, dangerous to say the least, then quads came along, yea baby, but then again age played a factor, neck, shoulder, back surgery, now theses are my thing.

    I have a PI, for prospecting, a manticore, and a legend, the legend is a closet queen, I have issues navigating the screen, perhaps it is just my mind is used to minelabs. I had a deus 1,( that I sold) for me it was also easy to navigate.

    I had a rough start this year, now it is summer. But to sum it all up I had a 800, used it for years, great machine, sold it and bought a Legend, shortly thereafter the Manticore came out. The Legend is now a closet queen, I have probably used it a dozen times. The manticore kills it on nickles...
